Plumbing Professors fixed my immediate problem, water in the basement, and even went to get extra supplies for the job. As always, the men explained the problem, explained the fix, and answered all my questions fully and patiently. I always understand the job they are going to do and what it will accomplish. They have always fully performed the job, and done good work. I have had major repairs done to drain tiles and outside pipes. Pricing seems fairvto me; itvis what I expected for that type of work, but I have not gotten other estimates. I am most concerned that the work fixes the problem and is done well. It has.
